The procedure of recruitment begins with the copy of demand letter issued by employer. This letter is taken as formal announcement from the end of clients detailing description about the job vacancies.


Screening, Selecting and Short Listing

Demand Letter

  • Employer/Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favor of Employer.
  • The demand letter will contain all the information that is essentially required for an employee.

Letter of Authority

  • The employer company will issue a letter of authority. This letter is addressed to the top official requirement.
